Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZeusLearn, an AI-powered study assistant available at zeuslearn.com and app.zeuslearn.com (together, the "Service"), operated by ZeusLearn ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ZeusLearn lets you upload documents, paste YouTube links, and create study materials, and uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, notes, flashcards, quizzes, and related study tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and automatically renew until canceled. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, notes, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers for processing. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Summaries, notes, flashcards, quizzes, and other outputs are generated automatically by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content is provided for study support only, does not constitute professional or academic advice, and should be independently verified before you rely on it. You are responsible for complying with your school's or institution's academic integrity policies when using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal, individual use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by ZeusLearn and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusLearn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
